3. Advertising & Consent to Contact
By submitting your contact information, you expressly consent to:
Receiving emails, phone calls, or text messages from Flow Booster
Being contacted regarding our services, offers, and promotions
Having your information used for advertising measurement, personalization, and optimization on third-party platforms (including Meta)
You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to submit it.
Advertising and marketing activities for Flow Booster may be conducted through affiliated business pages or accounts, including those operated under the name Anthony Shomar.
4. Scheduling Calls
Consultation calls booked through Calendly may be confirmed, rescheduled, or canceled at our discretion. You may update or cancel appointments using the link provided in your Calendly confirmation email.
5. Performance Guarantee
Flow Booster offers a conditional performance guarantee for eligible clients. Where explicitly stated in writing, we guarantee a minimum 20% improvement in email-attributed revenue within the agreed performance period, provided all eligibility requirements, technical implementations, and cooperation conditions are met.
The guarantee applies only to clients who follow implementation recommendations, maintain required integrations, and comply with the terms outlined in their individual agreement or proposal. Results may vary based on factors outside our control, including traffic quality, offer alignment, and execution.
No guarantee applies unless expressly confirmed in a written agreement.
6. No Other Guaranteed Results
Except for the conditional guarantee outlined above, Flow Booster does not guarantee specific outcomes. Marketing results vary based on multiple factors beyond our control, and past performance does not guarantee future results.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including copy, visuals, videos, systems, frameworks, and proprietary methodologies—is the intellectual property of Flow Booster and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without prior written permission.
8. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of this website or our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
